Last “Relive the Plantation Days” of the 2007 series takes place on June 2 highlighting Genealogy and the first O-Bon of the season. Joining HPV’s O-bon Celebration are the following dance groups: Aiea Taiheiji Yagura Gumi, Hawaii Eisa Shinyuukai, Iwakuni Dance Group, Mililani Hongwanji, Waipahu Hongwanji, and the Yamada Dance Group Bon dance practice session O-Bon dancers. HPV’s food tent will offer BBQ Chicken with Kim Chee plate, BBQ Sticks, Rice and Kim Chee plate, Chirashi Sushi (Mixed Rice), Bentos, Spam Musubis, a variety of snacks, shave ice and cold refreshments.
