In the year1949 the name Bruno Gröning was in all the German headlines. Special editions were printed about him. Radio and newsreels reported about him. Wherever he showed up hundreds, even thousands of people flocked to see him. They came from everywhere – from all over Europe and even the USA. Groening became a ’world event’.

All those trying to get to him are sick people, those downtrodden by the war, given up on by doctors, and they have only one wish – to get healthy, free from pain and misery. Bruno Gröning is supposed to help them. ‘There is no incurable – God is the greatest physician!’ were his words. And the incomprehensible happened. On the public streets sick people were healed - the lame could walk, the blind could see…

But this film is more than a mere documentary review. Many viewers have reported how they suddenly felt a force in their body, such as tingling or a current flowing. Some have even reported about the disappearance of pain and illness.
