Oakland's 2011 Re-Create Art Contest and Exhibition November 18, 2011

Re-Create is a recycled art competition and exhibition that is open to student artists in grades K-12 in Oakland schools. Students use discarded materials in creative applicaiton of the 4Rs - reduce, reuse, recycle and rot (compost) and compete for cash prizes.
