Oakland East Bay Symphony - Views of America February 26, 2010

This concert features works by two composers who practically invented American music and one who has reinvented a quintessentially American song. Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, written for solo piano and jazz orchestra in a mere month's time, will be played by the dazzling pianist and recording artist John Bayless.
