The League City Heritage Foundation is a non-profit 501 © (3) organized 15 years ago for the betterment of League City. Our main benefactors are Clear Creek High School seniors as we give scholarships each year to deserving students. We have also donated park benches to the city, a tree for League Park, money for the YMCA after school program, money for the Butler Longhorn Museum, as well as hosting a free Easter Egg Hunt every spring. This year, in addition to our scholarships, we are raising money for the St. Christopher community garden, scholarship awards to the first senior class graduating from Clear Springs High School, and for Clear View High School’s spring 2010 prom. Clear View is a school for at risk students with low enrollment making it difficult to raise adequate funds for functions of this nature.
