The Little Sisters of Hoboken need to raise money to bury the sisters accidentally poisoned by the convent cook's tainted vichyssoise! With the deceased nuns on ice in deep freeze, the five surviving sisters decide the best way to fundraise funeral dough is to put on a telethon variety show in the Mount Saint Helen's School auditorium. Pun intended, Nunsense is "habit forming!" The hysterical antics of these five nuns include a wannabe ballerina, a streetwise nun from Brooklyn and an amnesiac who lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head. This show has become an international phenomenon bordering on cult classic. These sisters may be on their way to heaven, but they are here to raise some hell!
