The bootcamp starts at 8:00 am and is for new investors and seasoned investors who are interested in learning how to rehab single family and multi-unit properties for about half the regular general contractor rates. The most common area where profit is substantially lost on a deal is in the fix up, where a contractor can walk away with the majority, if not all of the money that was to be made by you. In this all day Bootcamp, you will learn the tools, techniques, and the costs of minor cosmetic rehabs to major rehabs. You will learn how to act as your own general contractor and be able to actually PROFIT on the fix up.

This is not a preview to a more expensive training class or convention, “this is the actual 8 hours of hands on training” on how to fix up properties for up to a 50% discount.

The main focus of this class is to teach all who attend, how to fix up properties for at least 50% less than the regular rates INCREASING YOUR PROFITS. The morning portion will show you “HANDS ON” several tools and tricks of the trade that make even non professionals get pro results as Pete demonstrates each technique right in the class as you take notes. (These tools can be found at most major hardware stores for under $75.00). After about 2 hours of do it yourself techniques, you start to realize how this knowledge will start saving hundreds if not thousands in fix up and maintenance costs. After lunch, Pete narrates a video on rehab that he actually performed. First, is what most people encounter, a property with a $6500.00 estimate of general everyday fix up including painting inside and out, water damage to a ceiling, wallpaper, and cabinet spruce up. Pete demonstrates how he used (and how you could) his techniques to lower the cost to $1200.00 giving you a $5000.00 EXTRA PROFIT. The second property is a major rehab estimated at over $15000.00 that included major water damage and mold. After tearing off the shingles and roof decking, replacing the main support beam, we then replaced the sheetrock, countertops, doors, carpets, ceiling fans, ETC., all on film, showing you how you could have hired this out SAVING OVER $9500.00 using the TRAINING you will learn from PETE.
