Travis Hoover, our special guest, will host this powerful workshop. Just a few years ago Travis was working for Intel Corporation as a senior finance analyst making close to 6 figures a year. Travis was forced with a tough decision. After deep soul searching and praying to God, he decided to take a different path which entailed real estate investing. This Thursday we will hear his story and how he created an income through real estate investing that soon replaced his Corporate America income.

He will discuss and educate on how he was able to leave his safe $90K plus job and create 100's of thousands of dollars doing real estate and marketing. He will show pictures and proformas of his first deal and various deals he has done since including his latest project where he and his partners were able to turn a lose-lose deal into a win-win deal. In this transaction some students and mentors teamed up with some very creative partnership strategies with the seller, the bank and private capital. This is an extraordinary deal with truly creative strategies and he will walk you through the entire process. The bank on this deal will essentially be turning an 80K loss into a 40K profit while his partner Bill Predebon stands to keep a remodeled duplex free and clear.
