Now hear this New York! Kick off Better Speech and Hearing Month (May) with a FREE hearing test!

To kick off Better Speech and Hearing Month, Phonak, a leading hearing aid manufacturer, is offering FREE hearing tests to New Yorkers throughout the city on May 1 and May 2. Vans will be located in Manhattan and the boroughs offering free hearing tests from professional audiologists.

Think you're too young to be concerned about hearing loss? Think again. 65% of those who suffer from hearing impairment are under the age of 65. And today’s youth have a rate of hearing loss at 2.5 times the rate of those before them, thanks to ubiquitous personal music devices and a noisier environment.
