Notorious - 80's and more cover band September 28, 2007

Sure there are plenty of entertaining coverbands and musicians in the Bay Area. But which one can claim to have been the backing group for acts as diverse as Thomas Dolby, Tiffany, Tone Loc, and The Sugarhill Gang? They are Notorious, and pardon the pun but it's true, the group can boast of backing up all the aforementioned in live performance (Thomas Dolby twice). While increasingly busy doing special events (this year Notorious played to thousands with Wonderbread 5 before the fireworks at Aquatic Park on the Fourth of July) in the Bay Area and beyond, the band continue their monthly local appearances at The Red Devil Lounge. This month they'll be headlining on Friday, September 28th.
