Gordon’s Fine Wine and Culinary Center welcomes Za Za Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Manrique Alvarenga, for a night of Italian fare and wine! Chef Alvarenga will treat guests with a four course Northern Italian menu paired with four fine wines from the Northern region of Italy. The wines are supplied by Gordon’s Fine Wine, and are listed below with the food they will be paired with. This delicious event is not to be missed. Mangia, mangia!
