Noonan Building Artists Open Studios April 28, 2013

The Noonan Building on Pier 70 in the heart of San Francisco's industrial waterfront area has been an artists community for over 30 years. This year over 20 artists will open their studios on Sunday April 28, 2013, as part of the Port of San Francisco's events celebrating their 150th anniversary.

There will be painters, printmakers, film-makers, musicians, mixed media artists and more. The artists working in this unusual vibrant building run the gamut from emerging to very successful long time gallery represented artists.

Open Studios at Pier 70's Noonan Building is an unusual event offering the public the opportunity to come into a working artists studio.

Over 20 artists will be opening their doors and welcome the public.

The Noonan Building is slated for demolition as part of the Pier 70 development project. This may be one of the last opportunities to visit this historic artistic community.
