Noite of Stars September 14, 2007

A full night of film, poetry and music with a
Latino/Scottish feel. Projection of Ropemakers by
Prue Waller.A lyric documentary looking at the trade
of ropemakers in the Chatham dockyards. Ellen
Phetean, poet, writer and sound artist is followed by
singer, accordionist, clown and songwriter Tim Dalling
and finally Fran Pérez (Narf), the Galician guitar player
and songwriter. He sings in Galician-Portuguese as
well as some songs in African languages.Throughout
the evening, Galician drinks will be served.
