Teatro Vivo presents Noche de Corazón y Alma 2012, a season preview event. This event will be held at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center, 600 River Street Austin, TX 78701, August 25 from 7 – 10 p.m.

Noche de Corazón y Alma 2012 will bring together supporters of arts, Latino culture, and Latino theater for a "night of heart and soul," featuring hor d’oeurves, an open beer and wine bar, and a silent auction. The event will open with the music of singer-songwriter Myrna Cabello followed by a preview of Mariachi Girl, a new bilingual musical with live mariachi music that the whole family will love.

Tickets are available at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/264110. All funds raised support Teatro Vivo’s Community Outreach Program, focused on making theater accessible to low income students, seniors, and other members of our community who do not have access to the arts.
