A specially commissioned one-off performance lecture with a premise to create a contemporary manifesto for our times.

Presented by multimedia art and comedy mavericks and Edinburgh Festival Perrier Newcomers Award winners Kim Noble, Stuart Silver together with assorted others including The Cesarians.
