Helping Hands Community Outreach Center is proud to present the nationally known author and writer; Ambassador Bruce Wilkinson as guest speaker for their fourth Annual Fundraiser Program scheduled for April 19, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dayton Convention Center at 22 West Fifth Street. Tickets are $40.00 for program only and $65.00 for the Dinner/Meet and Greet book signing. Tickets are available at In His Image Christian Book Store located in the Wright Dunbar Village at 1115 West Third Street and at Helping Hands Community Outreach Center located at 5499 West Third Street.

Ambassador Bruce Wilkinson has written over 60 books in 30 languages, been #1seller in New York Times, #1 seller in the Wall Street Journal, and #1 seller in USA Today. Helping Hands Community Outreach Center’s goal this year is to raise $50,000 to help us replace the roof of our existing building and build in the Food for the Soul kitchen. These funds are desperately needed so that Helping Hands may continue to provide and expand its community outreach programs. Helping Hand’s mission is to help stabilize our communities by creating an environment where our children can flourish and bring their dreams to fruition. Helping Hands Community Outreach Center will continue providing teen pregnancy prevention, abuse and neglect programs, and life skills training for youth and their parents.
