New Jersey Ballet's SLEEPING BEAUTY


NJ Ballet will perform the quintessential classical ballet, Sleeping Beauty
live on stage at the beautiful Union County PAC.

Bring the entire family to experience the tale of a Princess in distress and a gallant
Prince whorescues her and wins her heart, Sleeping Beauty is packed with high drama,
tender romance, and some of Tchaikovsky’s finest music.
This ballet is filled with familiar characters including Princess Aurora, the Handsome
Prince, the King and Queen and their splendid Royal Court, and characters from the
fairy realm including the Lilac Fairy, the wicked Carabosse, Puss in Boots, Red Riding
Hood and more. New Jersey Ballet’s troupe of international artists brings the story to
life with elaborate pantomime and glorious dancing in a magical fairytale castle.

The performance is accompanied by original “storyteller” narration
so even the littlest theater-goers can keep up with the story.
