Randy Greenhill, Outdoor Lighting Designer of NiteLites of Charleston LED Lighting will design and manage the installation of the NiteLites’ energy efficient LED lighting to the HGTV Dream Home’s deck and pool area. All participants in this prize home are focused on making the project as environmentally friendly as possible including the outdoor light.
The Indigo Run development is the first in the area to focus on Green Building with a strong focus on LEED Certification. Every home in the development has a goal to be LEED certified by only utilizing sustainable material to lower greenhouse gas emissions and overall carbon footprint. Located in lowcountry this development is the prime spot with work renowned views at sea level.
