Nisen Woodbury Hosts Sake Dinner May 2, 2011

Nisen Woodbury will host a sake dinner on Monday, May 2 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The dinner includes six-courses and each course will be paired with a different sake. The cost is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Menu includes:

Lounge Reception
Blue fin O’Toro with truffle soy, wasabi aioli
Koshi No Tosetsuka (JG)

First Course
Grilled baby eggplant with mango lemongrass glaze
Renaissance Kanazawa (J)

Second Course
King crab salad with hearts of palm, baby arugula, jalapeno vinaigrette
Ugo No Tsuki (TJ)

Third Course
Sake cured salmon tartar with yukon gold crisps
Zen (JG)

Fourth Course
Miso glazed black cod with phyllo crisps
Sesshu Otokoyama (JDG)

Fifth Course
Roasted rack of Colorado lamb with a dollop of pomme puree fiddlehead ferns with a port wine red reduction

Sixth Course
Valhrona double chocolate mousse with crème chantilly
