Want to re-write your business development strategy? Need practical dos and don'ts to improve new business wins? Want to raise your company profile, but don't want to pay huge consultancy fees? NMK's unique Nirvana course is a chance for you to focus on building a better future...
How does it work?
Nirvana is a fully rounded course spread over 3 days, during the period of 2 months. It involves practical assistance, workshop theory and 1:1 consultancy. It aims to give you the best possible advantage in a highly competitive industry.
Your Mentor:
You’ll be mentored by one of the industry's most experienced and renowned business development experts, Hilary Kelsh. With over 15 years experience in the creative and digital communications industries (the last 8 focused on business development through sales, marketing and pr) she writes and leads best practice business development courses for SME’s here in the UK and abroad. Hilary brings a wealth of both practical and strategic knowledge to businesses wishing to grow and consolidate.
How Nirvana will benefit your business:
• By positive measurable impact on your business development potential
• By helping you clarify your business growth strategy and what practical steps you need to take to achieve your goals
• By giving you the tools and confidence for practical implementation, immediately
• By giving you a chance to share ideas, fears and experiences in confidence with Hilary on a 1:1 consultancy basis.
Details on course structure:
• The course workshops consist of three full day sessions, spread over 2 months
• Over the course, 2 private consultancy sessions of up to 2 hours are offered with the course leader, these will be booked with attendees in advance
• Each day of workshop will be balanced between individual and group work and presentation
• Intense preparation exercises will be set well in advance for each day and will be an integral part of the workshop.
