Niki Gillota has agreed to sit down and tell the story of her wonderful new Coffee shop that is so much more. In a few short months, her bistro has become a gathering place for neighbors and others looking for a place to share ideas and good times. We hope she talks about her trip to Italy that proved to be the inspiration for her business, her support of the local urban farmers in her area, and the passion for good food and the creation of new and better offerings for her catering business as well as this new Third Place in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood.
