Why should kids have all the fun? Join us for our adult Halloween bash! Wear your best costume while enjoying the National Zoo by moonlight. Experience bone-chilling and mind-boggling performance art including palm readers, fire eaters, talking bats, and illusionists. The night will culminate with a spellbinding performance from Grace Potter & The Nocturnals. Named one of the Best New Bands of 2010 by Rolling Stone Magazine, the Vermont-based band is on tour supporting their new eponymous album and fiery single “Paris (Ooh La La).” All who attend are invited to dress their most ghastly and to dance until the clock strikes midnight. Food and a full selection of Magic Hat Elixirs will be available for purchase. Tickets are $30 for FONZ members and $40 for non-members. Tickets go on sale September 13. Attendees must be 21 years or older and a photo ID is required. For more information, visit http://nationalzoo.si.edu/ActivitiesAndEvents/Celebrations/LivingZoo/default.cfm or call (202) 633-4470.
