Our friend, Gary, was nominated to participate in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Annual Man & Woman of the Year Campaign.
In order to become 2009 Man of the Year, Gary must receive more votes (dollars) than anyone else. More than $600 million has been dedicated to research, resulting in cure rates of more than 85% in certain cancers.
