Nicolas Wolff grew up in Paris and studied at one of France's top business schools. He has worked extensively across Europe and the US and has taught French at all levels. Nicolas will bring his knowledge of all things French to demystify the inner workings of French gastronomy, arts, and culture. Each class will concentrate on a different region of France, highlighting local customs and specialities.
