Nia Healing Movement Class July 16, 2009

Please join Ann Dam-Johnson and Sandy Enke, Certified Nia Brown Belt instructors on a Thursday evening world beat, barefoot movement odyssey. Out of love for our students and for healing movement and awareness in the body, we are donating our time and creating the space for a movement medicine co-op that will call this wonderfully eclectic bookstore, musical space and art co-op its home. We would love for you to join us in generating the possibility for limitless healing in our bodies. All body types, abilities, and spiritual persuasions are welcome. All that is required is an open heart and a willingness to heal.
