The Big Life Company, 123 Moss Lane East
Manchester, England M15 5DD

This is the first in our series of visits to leading third sector organisations which have taken big steps towards financial sustainability.
The Big Life Group - best known for The Big Issue in the North - runs a number of socially enterprising services - including The Kath Locke Centre.
The Centre, based in Hulme, Manchester, offers a holistic health approach to well-being. They were the first non-statutory organisation to be contracted to deliver NHS services and now combine the best in conventional NHS healthcare services with complementary therapies.
This is a unique opportunity to get behind-the-scenes access to a leading social enterprise, and the visit will include a frank Q & A session with senior Big Life Company staff.

Organized by The University of Huddersfield
The University of Huddersfield is running the Next Steps Workshops and Visits Programme with Charity Bank in the North as part of their Investment Readiness Programme.
The University is delivering this part of the Programme in association with Love Enterprise and Social Business Consulting.
