Join Meet Market Adventures for a fun and interactive afternoon of Boxing. Rated as one of the best forms of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, boxing is one of the best all-around exercises. Participants experience an authentic boxers workout, including: Warm up, Shadow Boxing, Combination Drills Arm & Leg Strengthening, Abdominal Toning and Bag-work.

This type of physical training is for beginners and for the intermediate. Come prepared for a workout! So wrap up those hands, slip on the boxing gloves, aim for that spot on the heavy bag and PUNCH! Classes are fun and camaraderie develops between class members and the instructors.
