New York Singles Chelsea's Art Gallery Tour May 8, 2010

Join Meet Market Adventures & other Single Art Lovers for a fun tour of some of Chelsea's Art Galleries. On this guided tour of Chelsea’s huge collection of art galleries, we will visit the top 7 exhibits in the world’s center for contemporary art! Our tour guide, who holds a Ph.D. in arts education and is the founder and director of New York Gallery Tours, previews over 200 exhibits each month and will select the most fascinating and varied ones for you to explore.

You'll see the very newest in painting, sculpture, electronic media and photography. At each stop on the walking tour, our guide helps explain the artwork and leads the group in lively discussion. And there will be plenty of time in and out of the galleries to socialize with the other intelligent, adventurous participants. Dress appropriately for the day's weather, and wear comfortable shoes for walking (about 8 blocks total). The tour will take place rain/snow or shine, as we will be indoors 90% of the time. Come out and see what is extraordinary in Chelsea! After the tour we will head to a local Pub for some drinks and entertainment.
