New York Jazz Artist Shenole Latimer April 19, 2011

As part of his two week long Jazz Appreciation East Coast Tour, Latimer, will be visiting the Hermitage Branch Library to present “What’s All That Jazz About?”
The presentation features live music performed by Shenole with his saxophone, lectures, listening samples of classic recordings from jazz icons such as Miles Davis and John Coltrane, and demonstrations designed to shed a light on how to understand and appreciate jazz improvisation. Q & A session to follow.
