New York Experimental: Constructions and Constrictions August 23, 2006

An evening of experimental films from emerging and established artists exploring constructions and constrictions in mental and physical space. From twisted animations to architectural meditations, the program will feature works by Thierry Bonnaud, Mike Celona, Gregory King, Tim Sweeney, Joon Sung, Gokcen Ergene, Vuk Mitevski and others.

The mission of The Tank is to provide a welcoming, creative, collaborative, and affordable environment for artists and activists engaged in the pursuit of new ideas. Through a wide range of low-cost, high-concept arts and public affairs programming, The Tank seeks to cultivate a new generation of audience for live performance, civic discourse, and the work of emerging artists.
