New Year's Eve at the Restaurant at Chaise Lounge December 31, 2008

Host your next gathering at Chaise with a Two-hour Cocktail and Appetizer Package available for $35 per person for groups of 20 or more. The special includes a beverage package featuring an upscale assortment of liquors, house wines and champagne, domestic and imported bottled beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can also nosh on tasty appetizers including Coconut Almond Chicken Bites, Beef Skewers, Crab Cakes and Assorted Bruschetta.



A Two-hour Sit-down or Buffet Dinner Package, complete with a beverage package, is also available for the holidays at $55 per person. The package menu includes Mixed Salad with Shaved Vegetables, Lemon Vinaigrette and Herb Croutons, a choice of three entrees: Scottish Salmon with Mushrooms, Golden Lentils, Baby Spinach, and Cabernet- Mustard Jus, Roasted Chicken with Rosemary Apple Sauce, Glazed Carrots, and Rainbow Chard, or Butternut Squash Pasta made with Penne Pasta, Brandy Cream Sauce and Sage. The dinner is topped off with a warm Apple Upside-down Cake for dessert.

Seating is at 8 p.m. for the New Year’s Eve dinner which includes a special menu created specifically for the evening by Executive Chef Cary Taylor, an all-night open bar, and tax and gratuity.
