Travis Barker and DJ AM will perform together on New Year's Eve, marking the first time they've shared a stage since surviving the September 19 plane crash that killed four people.

The duo will headline New Year's Nation's Los Angeles New Year's Eve Party at the Lot in West Hollywood, California.

"I'm ready to get back onstage with AM and continue to rock the house," Barker said in a statement. "I'm very excited to bring in the New Year in my hometown of L.A."

“I wanted to do something that I hadn¹t seen done either, like a full kit and a DJ ­ it was just a different approach, something fresh,” says Travis Barker.

“The music takes a direction of it’s own,” says AM. “We literally look at tempos or a few key songs we want to play, and that¹s like tshe skeleton, and then we kind of dress it up with all kinds of clothes and a hat and the next thing you know it¹s a whole crazy creature.”
