Hot Pink Delorean was formed in October of 2007, when Chris, Matt & Jon, members of the group, Terravita, decided to make an electro tune with their good friend, TJ, aka Fantastadon. In one year, HPD had become an internet favorite, regularly featured on the world's hottest blogs. They've done remixes for labels, like Pieces of Eight Records, Iheartcomix, Plant Music, Jive Records, Universal Music, Sony BMG, Groove Quest, Ninja Tune and many more. They've remixed the music of countless producers and have had their music featured on TV shows like CBS's "The Unit" and A&E's "The Cleaner" as well as having 2 songs featured on the 2008 MTV VMAs.

Eli Wilkie is truly one of Boston's most exciting and fast rising DJ/Production talents. He is known to masterfully throw down a genre-bending set while simultaneously summoning up the spirits of the Funky Netherworlds. Eli has numerous releases on Reversible Records and PH Recordings, many with his production partner Steve Porter. Expect to dance hard, smile wide and dazzle like stardust while Eli's freeflowing style and groovy beats hit your sweet spot.

Chris Micali, born in Long Island and raised in New York, France, and South Carolina, now currently lives and maintains a studio in Boston. From his first production efforts in 1994 to a currently full schedule of writing, remixing, and DJing, his passion for electronic music is as great as ever. With over 20 original productions 40 remixes released he has taken his brand of dance floor-certified house music around the world.

Chris has original work on various record labels including Fade Records, Vapour Recordings, Influx Audio, Reversible Records, Nu*Republic, Aurium Recordings, Blueprint Recordings, Swift Records, and Dubcoast Recordings. Chris has also done remix work for Bedrock Records, Vapour Recordings, Screen Records, Open Up Recordings, Flow Records, Reversible Records, Method Recordings, Feed Me Records, Curvve Recordings, Tao Recordings, and Blueprint Recordings.

Shasta McNasty (aka Andy Ward, USA) - Shasta made a big splash on the local circuit in 2008, playing regularly throughout Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Allston and New York. His style is tough to pin down, as he effortlessly bounces back and forth between downtempo, deep, tech, and funky house - always tight and fresh. He is also a founding member of the Wicked Good Records roster.

Bradford James – Bradford is a staple of the North American soulful house scene. He’s collaborated with the industry’s top talent, released their music on his own Seed imprint, and given them a stage in Boston for well over the last decade.

Randy Deshaies – Anyone who has spent a night listening to a 4/4 beat in Boston knows Randy. One of the hardest working promoters in the city, and the brain behind the now-defunct Bump, a weekly party at The Phoenix Landing that played host to every legend of funky, classic, and west-coast house, from Mark Farina to Doc Martin.

Loren Lindsley - Loren is one of Boston's most ardent supporters of the local electronic music scene. What many don't realize is that he is also a wicked selector with a music collection that spans from the deeper to the tougher realms of techno and house. Loren has put in his time and paid his dues, and we're proud to have him on board this NYE for his RISE debut.

Jason Bosserman – Jason is the man behind Rebound, a weekly event every Sunday at the Phoenix Landing. This 19+ event is known throughout town as the place to catch the best local talent spinning everything from house to techno.

RISE will open on NYE at 1am on New Years Eve and go 'til 7am.
(Technically it's January 1, 2009!)
