No Partner? – No worry. There are lots of dancers- many would like to dance with you.
Beginner? No problem- Arrive 20 minutes early and there are usually free lessons.

Please join us for a contra dance at the Womens Club of Spokane for a great time. The dance runs from 8:30 to 12 PM with a lesson for beginners at 6:45 Admission is $10 for Folklore Society members and students, $12 for non-members. Children under 18 accompanied by an adult are admitted FREE.

Its best to wear comfortable shoes with slick soles. High heels may not work- it's a lively dance form with plenty of movement. The Spokane Women's club is located at the corner of 9th and Walnut.

There will be a snack potluck half-way through the dance and a sparkling cider toast at midnight
