'New Waves 2006' is a regional, multi-media, juried exhibition presented by the Contemporary Art Center of Virginia (CAC). This year marks the 11th Anniversary of the exhibition, which demonstrates CAC's commitment to showcasing the talent of the regions's contemporary artists.
