New Mexico Worshop 16 June 10, 2010

Richland College Photo/Imaging students traveled to to New Mexico with instructors Wayne Loucas and Roy Cirigliana, producing a portfolio of framed prints on display through July 25 in Richland’s Brazos Gallery (Room C140 of Crockett Hall).

2010 marks the 16th time Mr. Loucas and Mr. Cirigliana have taken students to New Mexico. Thirteen student photographers made the trip, and will collectively show their work during the “New Mexico Workshop 16″ exhibition.

The class traveled to visually rich sites including Santa Fe, Taos, the towns of Chimayo and Chama, and Ghost Ranch. They also followed the Turquoise Trail up to 11,000 feet at the top of Sandia Crest for a spectacular view overlooking Albuquerque.
