New Jersey Tap Ensemble is New Jersey's first statewide non-profit tap dance company. Founded by professional tap dancer Deborah Mitchell in 1994, the organization is not a school for tap dance, but a company with a mission to preserve and perpetuate the art form of rhythm tap dancing.
