Innovation to capture new market opportunities is a key driver for companies' long term success. The practice and discipline of incubating new business has become a core competency for companies focused on innovation. Yet, incubating and launching new businesses remain a big challenge for many established companies.

To better understand these challenges, we invited several companies with well-established new business incubation systems to share their experiences.
