New Bern Novelist, Karen Dodd will be sharing highlights of her latest New Bern mystery, Dead Beat at the Palace. This is the second book in the New Bern trilogy, highlighting events of the 18th Century of the town. This is her seventh book about people and places of eastern North Carolina.
