New Belgium Fat Tire Beer Dinner November 17, 2007

The Signature Grill at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa will be hosting a six course feature dinner paired with beers from New Belgium Brewery. The meal will begin with a corn crusted scallop on melted leeks with Sunshine Ale beurre blanc, paired with Sunshine Ale. The soup will be a roasted pumpkin bisque and lobster-cilantro salad finished and paired with Blue Paddle Pilsner Lager. Next served will be a salad, consisting of caramelized pear, pancetta, arugula salad, goat cheese and hazelnuts topped with butternut squash vinaigrette and paired with Trippel Belgian Style Ale. The main entree will be a 1554 glazed pheasant breast napoleon with sweet potato, wild mushroom hash and garlic braised winter greens. The entree will be paired with 1554 Enlightened Black Ale. The meal will conclude with a delicious majari chocolate almond supreme topped with raspberry black pepper syrup and paired with Abbey Belgian Style Ale. The pricing is $59 inclusive of tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended.
