New American Playwrights Project: Big Dance August 25, 2009

A play that explores the dark side of sibling rivalry, the nature of sin, punishment and redemption through the story of the young Twain, who is taunted mercilessly by the ghost of her murdered sister as she awaits her own death at the gallows. 'Big Dance' was written by Jim Lord, a retired naval officer, business executive and freelance writer who served two combat tours in Vietnam. Lord is one of the two burgeoning playwrights to be selected for this years New American Playwrights Project series.
