The four-star Danubius Hotel Gellert is one of the most traditional hotels in Budapest and Hungary. It is located in a picturesque environment at the foot of Gellert Hill, on the bank of the Danube. It s within walking distance of Budapest’s most fashionable shopping and business district and overlooks one of the most beautiful sights of Budapest, the Liberty Bridge.

The concept of the Learning Organisation appears to have gathered a new momentum in recent years alongside the principles of Lifelong Learning (LLL). What is emerging, are new applications relating Learning Organisations and LifeLong Learning to talent development; sustainable development and social cohesion; to emerging Information Technologies and to creative leadership and its impact on the organisation. Lifelong Learning seeks to encourage and enable an ongoing process of learning at individual, team and organisational level in private, public and third sectors across geographical divides using the latest technologies to aid the learning process.
