Nevada Virtual Academy Discovery Day June 3, 2011

Join us at the Adventuredome at Circus Circus as we celebrate another successful year! Whether you're interested in learning more about our program or are already enrolled, this event will have something for everyone. Admission is FREE, but you must register in advance.

What prospective families can expect:
• NVVA administration, staff and teachers will be present with displays and demonstrations that highlight the best of the K¹² curriculum and the Nevada Virtual Academy program.

• Curriculum specific tables set up to highlight grade levels and provide answers about scope and sequence as well as materials.

• Enrollment applications and compliancy documents will be collected on site.

• NVVA Booster and Parent Coalition tables will display additional ways to get more involved in NVVA events and activities

Adventuredome activities:
• NVVA staff will have activities and science lessons to foster the learning experience of the rides and roller coasters at Adventuredome.

• Lessons will highlight the physics, science of motion and forces geared to ignite the imagination of young minds.

• Prospective families that pre-register and attend the event will have the opportunity to earn free ride passes to enjoy the thrill of Adventuredome’s entertainment options.

• Families are welcome to self-explore the fun and excitement of Adventuredome and youth activities at Circus Circus.
