NEO, the contemporary Italian restaurant at The Mansion on Peachtree, A Rosewood Hotel & Residence, is delighted to offer Atlantans the opportunity to learn from wine industry greats through its new dinner program, NEO Uncorked.

The second Wednesday of every month, NEO Uncorked will feature a wine expert who will take guests on a culinary wine tour, pairing elegant and sophisticated wines from around the world with seasonal dishes, designed by renowned Executive Chef Eric Chopin. Whether a vintner, winery director or sommelier, the host will lead guests to discover the history, depth and breadth in each glass, examining its essence and advising them on how best to pair it with cuisine.

For the first NEO Uncorked event, The Mansion on Peachtree, A Rosewood Hotel & Residence is proud to partner with esteemed wine-maker, Robert Mondavi, Jr., who will showcase his Folio Fine Wine collection.

The Mansion on Peachtree, A Rosewood Hotel & Residence will launch NEO Uncorked with the inaugural event at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Along with Mondavi’s inspiring wines, the menu will incorporate Veal Raviolini, Braised Beef Short Ribs and a decadent Exploration of Chocolate among the four courses served. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Mondavi and his wife Lydia, founder of 29 Spa, in this intimate wine dinner setting.
