This course is designed for managers or professional staff who are required to negotiate and influence others to achieve results in the workplace.

It looks at how to deal with every stage of a negotiation from preparation to closing. Individuals get the opportunity to learn and practice the skills needed to create win-win outcomes.

Delegates will enter into a number of different negotiations, each more challenging than the previous until finally tackling a complex business simulation.

Each person will be given the opportunity to act as 'buyer' and 'seller' and feedback is given throughout the event.
