Charles Samuelson, executive director of the Minnesota ACLU, will talk about a seminal case concerning censoring of the media that started in Minnesota and went to all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Its implications are still being felt today. The New York Times used it to ensure access to the Pentagon Papers.
