Ann Markusen, will speak on the positive economic value of the arts in a community at the monthly General Membership meeting of the Northfield Downtown Development Corporation. Markusen, from the U of M's Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, has titled her talk "The Artistic Dividend: The Arts' Hidden Contriubition to Regional Development."
