NCMS Jazz Band January 14, 2009

In this ensemble, students will work on learning to improvise and explore the many different styles of jazz music. Students will have the opportunity to read both traditional big band jazz charts and lead sheets which are often used in smaller jazz combos. There will be 15 weekly rehearsals in each semester culminating in a performance in May. Grades 8 - 12. Please call or email the school to register.
