NBA All Star Weekend 2009 Kickoff!!! ($1 Drinks from 7pm-10pm!!!) February 13, 2009

Come join us afterwork for an evening of sports, music, drinks and cool convo for the NBA All Star Weekend Kickoff Meetup at Mad River Bar & Grille!!!

Mad River is a great Sports Venue, located on the Upper East Side. They have TEN 42 inch Plasma screen TV's, showing all the games of the day. Come cheer your favorite teams and talk sports with fellow patrons and Meetup members!

We will be watching the kickoff events of the NBA All Star Weekend, which will include the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam, while enjoying the music, drinks, food and cool convo with other group members!

They also have a very extensive menu, featuring many appetizers, wraps, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and full entrees as well!

Drink Specials: $1 Coors Light draft & $1 mixed drinks (well drinks)!!!

Admission: $5 at the door (Note, you MUST tell the doorman that you are there for the Black/Latino Meetup, or you will have to pay the regular bar fee for admission).

Dress Code: Business or Business Casual (no sneakers, timbs/workboots, t-shirts, etc).

Train: 4, 5, 6 to 86th Street

**After 10pm, the DJ spins the crowd into a full party downstairs, so you can get your dance on for a few downstairs before/if you decide to head to the next party spot for the night! **
