Native American Collection July 17, 2008

The Eiteljorg's Native American art and artifacts come from all regions of North America, from the Southeast to the Arctic. The collection is particularly rich in objects from the Plains and Southwest, with a sampling of pieces from almost every tribal group. On display at the museum are many familiar Native American items - totem, tipi and feathered headdress - as well as pottery, jewelry, clothing and baskets.
